Health spending in Dominica as share of GDP 2010-2021
Spending on health represented seven percent of Dominica's gross domestic product (GDP) in 2021, up from six percent recorded a year earlier. This figure was relatively stable during the period depicted, ranging from an equivalent of five to seven percent of the country's GDP. In comparison, that year Cuba's healthcare spending corresponded to 14 percent of its GDP, the highest value reported among Latin American and Caribbean countries.
