As B2B shoppers purchase online more than before, process issues are perceived more often (54 percent of answers). According to almost 20 percent of respondents, B2B e-commerce became more challenging since March 2020 because B2B buyers increasingly expect a customer journey as smooth and easy as business-to-consumer purchases.
