Export value of raw materials from Sub-Saharan Africa into China 2010-2020
In 2020, Sub-Saharan Africa exported raw materials to China for a value of around 14.2 billion U.S. dollars. This was a decline compared to the previous year when the exports stood at approximately 39 billion U.S. dollars. Previously, the exports of raw materials into China peaked at over 53 billion U.S. dollars in 2012.
