In a 2020 survey carried out among higher education students in Latin America, 42 percent of respondents indicated that they were satisfied with the online tools and resources available to them at the time. Additionally, 38 percent of students expressed being very satisfied with the tools at their disposition, while 16 percent stated that they were unsatisfied with them.
